Shipping Policy
All orders to Mingo’s Products placed within the continental U.S. come with free shipping. Typically, orders will arrive within 8-10 business days of the date your order was placed. If you prefer to receive your order at a later date, please indicate so in the comment field of the checkout screen as indicated, and we will make every effort to meet your request.

Mingo’s Products cannot guarantee when any specific order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Mingo’s Products or any other party as an estimate. We encourage ordering in a timely fashion to avoid potential delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Multiple Product Orders
For orders consisting of multiple products, we will make every effort to ship all products in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an order confirmation in any form does not signify acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Mingo’s Products reserves the right at any time following receipt of your order to either accept or decline your order for any reason, or to deliver less than the quantity ordered.
Out-of-Stock Products
We will ship your product as it is made available. Typically, orders are delivered within 8-10 business days of receipt. There may be times when a product you have ordered is out-of-stock. This will delay fulfillment of your order. We will keep you informed of the status of your order should it be delayed.

Returns and Guarantees
At Mingo’s Products, we work very hard to fulfill every order as quickly as possible. We take pride in our products, and offer either a 100% money back guarantee or a replacement product if you are not completely satisfied with your order. Due to the perishable nature of our products, you need not return the affected merchandise to Mingo’s Products.
Taxes
Mingo’s Products will automatically charge the applicable sales tax for orders delivered within the State of Maine. You are solely responsible for sales tax resulting from orders made in other states.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error (or any other error), Mingo’s Products retains the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for a product(s) priced incorrectly. Said orders may be cancelled at will regardless of whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has been charged for a purchase we elect to cancel, Mingo’s Products will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account for the value of the incorrect price.
